Which training reports are available?
The Reports tab provides management-level analytics and key performance indicators.
KPI Cards
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Programs | Count by status (Draft, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Closed, Cancelled) |
| Total Participants Trained | Number of employees who completed training |
| Average Completion Rate | Percentage of enrolled participants who completed |
| Total Training Cost | Sum of program costs + material costs + resource costs |
| Skills Awarded | Number of skills assigned through training closure |
| Expiring Certificates | Certificates expiring within 30/60/90 days |
| Mandatory Compliance Rate | Completed vs. overdue mandatory programs |
