How do I record informal coaching?

The first stage is designed for informal coaching conversations. The layout is full width with no sidebar - keeping things simple for a simple stage.

Layout

• Case Details: Expanded inline (collapsible card)
• Coaching Form: Title + description input with "Add Coaching Note" button
• Coaching History: Chronological list of all coaching sessions

Actions

• Add Coaching Note: Records a coaching session with title and description
• Save: Saves case details
• Start Investigation (via CTA strip): Advances to Stage 1
