Factura is two applications, Factura HRMS and Factura Financials, built by a company whose own HR services business runs its clients' payrolls on this software. Factura Financials has kept books since 2004; Factura HRMS has run payrolls since 2017 — both still built the same way they started.

How it is built
Engineering sits in India. Operations and domain expertise sit in Ghana, inside a business that runs payroll for a living.
Our own HR services business runs its clients' payrolls on Factura every month. When GRA or SSNIT changes a rate or a band, the people who feel it first are the ones running payroll with it — the same team that specifies the fix. That loop is why the statutory engine gets updated when the law changes, not on a release schedule.
Most of the country packs in Factura Financials began because a customer asked for one. Ghana, the UAE, Bahrain and Bangladesh are compliant today; a market outside that list is a conversation, not a rejection.

Factura has been built and sold since 2004. The same company runs an HR and payroll services business in Ghana, which processes its clients' payrolls on Factura HRMS every month.
Engineering happens in India. Implementation, training and support are delivered from Accra, Dubai and Dhaka.
