How do I move around a disciplinary case?

The header bar appears at the top of every case and provides at-a-glance identity:

Components

• Case Number: Large, bold identifier
• Identity Line: Employee name, offense category, severity - plain gray text
• Status Badge: Color-coded badge (Open, In Progress, Suspended, Closed, Cancelled)
• View Details (stages 2+): Opens the case details drawer (see Section 13)
