How do I manage mandatory training?
Programs marked as Is Mandatory are tracked for compliance.
Compliance Dashboard
The Compliance tab on the Training List shows:

| Total Mandatory Programs | Count of mandatory training programs |
| Fully Compliant | Programs where all target employees completed |
| Overdue Programs | Mandatory programs past their due date with incomplete participants |
| Overall Compliance Rate | Percentage of mandatory programs fully completed |
Below the KPI cards:
- Mandatory Programs Grid — All mandatory programs with completion rates
- Overdue Employees Grid — Employees who haven't completed overdue mandatory training
Overdue Notifications
A daily scheduled job notifies:
- Employees who haven't completed overdue mandatory training
- Their managers (if Mandatory overdue notify manager is enabled)
