Where do I start as a manager?
Open Performance from the left sidebar. Your home shows:
- Reviews awaiting you: manager reviews to write, with due dates and anything overdue.
- Ready to share: reviews where both parts are in.
- Team progress: how far your team's reviews have got.
- Team goals needing attention: goals at risk or off track, and goals with no recent check-in. Open goal and Ask for a check-in take you to the goal so you can follow up with the employee.
- Peers: peer picks waiting for your decision.
- Improvement plans I support: plans where you are the employee's manager.
