How do I see reviews awaiting calibration?
When your company calibrates a cycle, a submitted review shows Awaiting calibration and cannot be shared until HR locks the calibration session. You do not see other teams' ratings or anyone's reasons. If calibration changes your rating, you are notified: check your final comment, then share. The final rating is then read-only for you; only HR can change it.
If your final rating was set in calibration, you cannot submit a different one. Ask HR to reopen your manager review; once it is reopened you can change the rating and submit again.
